What a week! It really has been a rollercoaster week, UP & DOWN! I am so glad it ended on a DOWN but in a GOOD way! Down in POUNDS! =D

If you read my "regular" blog You Had Me At Hello, then you probably are aware that I havent had the best week! But with all that going on I managed to keep my diet in tact and I couldnt be happier about it. On my worst day I had a chicken salad sandwich and a plain hamburger from McDonalds, I was so shocked like I actually went through a drive thru and ordered a salad and a plain hamburger?! WOWZA lol

Anyway since I didnt do a daily food log for most of the week I just wanted to say I have been eating  boneless skinless chicken, extra lean ground turkey, extra lean ground beef, salad, fruit, fat free whatever I can get my hands on, yummy 100 calorie packs have been a lifesaver, and stuff that was labeled light, lots of water, and a few days at the gym.  

So there you have it! I am BACK! Cant wait to see what this week has in store for me =D

Love your honesty and enthusiasm! My post-break up weight has waned now that I'm PMSing, so I'm taking a break from the scale for a few days.:-P You're doing AWESOME!

OMG I lost 3 pounds too! The thing is that I should be gaining weight not loosing it! Its a Halloween Baby so I still have time!

Morning, I saw your comment on another blog and just came to give you some words of wisdom from an old lady with some medical problems. Take it off while you are young and keep it off and avoid problems in the future.

I'm in week 7 of my plan and I've lost 19.6 lbs! : ] I've got a ways to go but I'm pleased with the progress. I've been busting it!!

We can do it!!

I have to say... I am encouraged by that photo you took of yourself standing on the scale. I could NEVER do that... but now that YOU have... I just might!
