Temptations



Monday was a potluck that smelled oh so good! Today was a Red Velvet Cake and Donuts! Oy vey working in an office where patients love to feed you is NO BUENO! But I am happy to report I stuck to my plan! =D I am so serious about this thing it aint even funny!! Lets Go!

you can do this. yes its tough but you will feel healther as us lose the weight. i was 210 when i had keith in 07 and 200 when i had arianna in 08 it has taken me 19 months to get to 180 and its been hard. so if u need someone to cheer u on from afar im here
