Blah.

I am here and I am doing good!

My meals are getting Boooooooring!!! Hence the lack of food posts! Its the same E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y.

I need to switch it up! Grocery shopping is Sunday. ANY SUGGESTIONS!!?!?

Do you have any healthy cooking cookbooks? If so, make yourself a menu. It's my new game plan and so far is working pretty darn well! Cooking Light Magazine usually has some yummy recipes too.

Can I suggest persian cucumbers with fresh squeezed lemon. Its a great snack--I leave out the salt for medical reasons but its a great snack different from carrots.

What kind of foods do you like and what meals are you looking for? I would suggest maybe the WW magazine. They have so many recipes in there.
